Conditions for the reservation
  • After submitting your request on-line (and upon availability), you will receive an email confirming the pre-reservation, which is valid for 48 hours.
  • The reservation will be confirmed upon the payment of a cash deposit of € 100, by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated in the email.
  • The cash deposit will guarantee the reservation and the adequate use of the house.
  • The cash deposit will be refunded 48 hours after check-out and upon verification of the house’s conditions.
  • The full amount of the reservation shall be paid on check-in.
  • In case of cancellation or changes in the confirmed reservation, the cash deposit will be kept as a credit for the guest to use on other date, except if the cancellation or alteration occurs in 10 or less days before the arrival date. In this case, the full amount paid will be lost. If the guest decides not to stay on arrival or during the stay, the full amount paid will be considered lost.

Check-in and check-out
  • Check-in from 4 pm till 10 pm.
  • Check-out till 12 am.
  • Upon request and availability (to be checked by the time of the stay) there may be a late check-out, till 4 pm.
  • Check-in will be done online.
  • The handover of the key and the transfer to the house will be arranged in advance.

Bed linen and towels
  • The rate includes bed linens and towels.
  • The changing/substitution of bed linens and towels is performed by the guests (items available in the house).

Breakfast included
  • Breakfast will be included, in the form of a regional basket, upon payment of a supplement of € 50 per day (regardless of the number of guests).
  • The regional basket includes one homemade nuts and honey tart, one traditional bread, ham, cheese, traditional jams, honey from Montesinho Natural Park, milk, orange juice, coffee, teas and chocolate milk (for children).
  • The breakfast basket must be requested 48 hours in advance.

Equipment
  • The house is fully equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer), two televisions with satellite channels, electric cooktop, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery and dishware, coffee machine (for Delta coffee capsules), hand blenders, hairdryers and a washer dryer combo machine.
  • Personal hygiene items not included (only shower gel, mini soaps and toilet paper are provided).

Heating system
  • Heaters in all rooms, via central heating system/gas boiler and air conditioning (kitchen and living room).

Restrictions
  • No pets admitted.
  • The house guests are not allowed to receive any visits.
  • It is expressly forbidden to smoke inside the house and/or in the garden.

Other conditions
  • Under no circumstances shall the full capacity of the house (3 persons) be exceeded.

Miscellaneous
  • The house features Wi-Fi for Internet access.
  • Various environmental activities organized upon request and additional payment.
  • Comprehensive tourist information (with guides, brochures and maps) available in the house.
  • Payment with debit and credit cards accepted.
